Mix & mingle with other corporate groups on the day, you may even take the title of top team with the infamous office tug-o-war, or sit back and relax in comfort on retro sofas with battleships and board games.

    We've got your kai covered, with a delicious buffet served up for 3 hours. With tender meats fresh from the smoker, tasty salads and sides and a hearty vegan dal there's plenty for everyone.

    The Brewtown Bar pours your favourite bevvies from our resident breweries, and stocks a selections of wines, ciders and spirit RTDs. Drinks are not included in the per person price. Bar tabs, tokens and cash bar options available.

  • Yes. Please notify us if your group will arrive later than the start time and please note the meal will be ready one hour after your event starts and can’t be held back for late arrivals. The per person price will not change.

  • We have tables, chairs and hay bales. All our activities and games are dotted around the area. A dance area is available in front of the stage.

  • Your meal and the fun activities provided on the greenspace.

  • The food is served buffet style, and you have the flexibility to help yourself when you are ready.

  • The meal is served 1 hour after your function starts and is made available for up to 3 hours and can’t be held back for late arrivals.

  • The meal is served on the greenspace from our serveries.

  • The buffet covers a wide range of dietary requirements, including Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan and Vegetarian

  • Everyone’s drinks requirements are different which is why these are not included in the party cost; these are additional and can be paid with cash/eftpos or a bar tab. You can pre-purchase a maximum of 3 drink tokens per person to hand out to your group, if more are required we prefer you set up a bar tab.

  • Sorry no, we have a minimum of 20 for each group. There are plenty of venues within the Brewtown complex that can cater for smaller groups. Please contact them directly to book or enquire.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cater for animals at these parties, please leave the furry friends at home.

  • Not at all! We have an awesome drink selection including our famous craft beer brands from across the Brewtown site. What we don’t stock is the mainstream beers, so the Heineken, Tuis of the world. We like to support local. We also serve Wines, Ciders, spirit RTDs and a range of non-alcoholic drinks. We don’t offer spirit pours.

  • Of course, you can, however these events are not part of your greenspace party. These need to be booked and paid extra with the individual operators you decide to use.

  • We provide a welcome pack on arrival that contains the number of wristbands required for your group for easy identification at the bar and buffet

  • You will be greeted near the Brewtown Bar on the greenspace (opposite Get Fixed). Your group’s contact person will be given your welcome pack containing wristbands and any pre-purchased drink tokens.

  • Sections of the greenspace will be allocated for each group to start with. This may contain other groups.

  • There are plenty of games for everyone to participate and share in as they wish on the greenspace, you do not need to book these.

  • If utilising the train, we are a 6ish minute walk. You walk under the subway, and head south on Goodshed Road to Blenheim Street. Turn left at the roundabout.

  • Yes but with open sides. On a warm day it does get very warm, and the roof lets UV light through to keep the grass alive, so be sun smart!

  • Yes you can come and go as you see fit, however your paid function is out on the greenspace, there is no “across site” agreement to enable bar tabs etc to be shared outside the green. You will be fully entertained on the greenspace with plenty of activities and things to do.

  • Greenspace party days are adult focused, and we wouldn’t recommend bringing anyone younger than 16.

  • A $500 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings

  • Your booking isn’t secured until your non-refundable deposit has been paid. You will receive an invoice after confirmation.

  • Bookings are for a minimum group size of 20.
